THIS IS THE PERFECT TRAINING FOR YOU IF…

✔ You want to teach yoga - not just deepen your own practice.

✔ You want hands-on experience from day one.

✔ You know yoga is for everybody and every body, but you’re smart enough to know it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.

✔ You’re curious, open-minded, and kind-hearted.

✔ You want to explore yoga beyond what happens on the mat.

✔ You appreciate a down-to-earth, engaging approach that makes complex topics relatable to real life, and fun to learn.

✔ You’re interested in a training that blends the wisdom of yoga’s spiritual roots with modern science and evidence-based learning.

✔ You want to be part of a supportive, small-group training with personal attention and mentorship.

✔ You love the idea of a training that balances deep learning with lighthearted teaching.

✔ You want more than just a certificate - you’re looking for ongoing support, mentorship, and practical business guidance to help you kick-start your teaching career with confidence.

BUT WE WONT BE A GOOD FIT IF…

✘ You’re looking for a yoga retreat. This is an intensive teacher training, not a holiday.

✘ You’re signing up purely for personal growth but have no real interest in teaching.

✘ You want a cookie-cutter approach - this training will challenge you to think, not just follow.

✘ You’re a fan of binary thinking and black-and-white answers. We embrace the “it depends” mindset and look at the nuances.

✘ You’re not ready to put in the effort. This training is engaging, rewarding, and fun, but it’s also intensive and requires commitment.

✘ You’re looking to master the pretzel-like poses. We’ll play around with peak postures, but this training is more about an accessible, inclusive and holistic approach to yoga that extends far beyond headstands and handstands.

I HAVE THREE MAIN GOALS WHEN TEACHING THIS TRAINING:

For you to fall in love with yoga all over again (and again, and again).

I want to help you create a more meaningful connection to the practice - both on and off your yoga mat.

White number one on a dark gray circle background.

To equip you with everything you need to become an authentic and badass yoga teacher.

This training is hands-on from the start, so you’ll leave with the confidence and excitement to start teaching as soon as you head home.

White number two inside a dark circle background.

To have fun while doing it!

Yoga is really important, but that doesn’t mean it has to be so serious. I believe playfulness, laughter and curiosity are the best ways to learn.

THE GRADUATE MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

Set yourself up for success.

Starting your teaching journey can feel overwhelming. That’s why, as one of my graduates, you get mentorship and business guidance included as part of the 200-hour teacher training.

Unlike many other programmes, I wont just hand you a certificate and send you off on your own. Instead, you’ll get a full year of ongoing group support, additional resources, and personalised coaching to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed as a yoga teacher.

I cannot stress enough that this is not something offered in other trainings. Most business courses charge anywhere between $3000 to $8000 for this kind of support, and you’re getting it included. It’s a big deal.

THE TEACHING TEAM - MEET YOUR MENTORS

The wonderful people you’ll be learning from.

I’m Jess - I’ll be your lead teacher throughout the YTT and I’m excited to support you on your journey from student to teacher. Teaching yoga brings me joy, and I love nothing more than sharing the practice with anyone eager to explore it in more depth.

My approach is all about helping you find your own unique teaching style, as well as what resonates for you on a personal level.

While we’ll dive into all the essentials, I wont just give you the what, when, who and how - we dig into the why behind everything. This means that instead of offering one-size-fits-all answers or reinforcing binary beliefs, we’ll have fun exploring the nuances. Because the truth is - it’s never as simple as black and white, right or wrong, or good and bad.

As your lead teacher, I’ll be delivering the majority of the classes and content, but I’m not alone. I’ll be joined by the amazing Laura, my brilliant support teacher, as well as some fantastic guest teachers who will offer their expertise in different areas.

You can read more about the guest teacher individual sessions by clicking the button below.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA WILL YOU LEARN?

I’m not a fan of labels.

This is a non-dogmatic training - while I’ll provide you with all the essential knowledge, inspiration and teaching skills, I’ll also encourage you to adapt and apply them in a way that feels authentic to you.

You’ll be equipped with the foundations to teach both Hatha and Vinyasa classes, along with a variety of themed practices. This means you can create something strong and powerful, or gentle and calming.

Rather than focusing on just one style, I’ll share my unique framework for sequencing classes. It’s a completely customisable approach that gives you full flexibility to teach both flow and non-flow classes, as well as tailoring the theme to suit your personal style and preferences.

Beyond asanas, you’ll also learn how to guide meditation and pranayama, so you can bring mindfulness and breathwork into your classes. We’ll also cover restorative poses, so you can offer rest and relaxation to your students.

A key aspect of this training involves learning how to tailor your classes to suit students of all shapes, sizes and abilities, and how to structure your sequences so they’re accessible and inclusive to everyone.
